Work cultures with an Internal focus respond to signals from inside their own company. Internally focused teams primarily work to support the needs of the organization, and don’t need much information from the outside world in order to accomplish their goals. They are motivated by their colleagues, rather than the broader community.
Cultures with an Internal work focus

Enjoyment
Individuals in Enjoyment cultures are free to work on whatever they want, however they want to. The signals that determine what gets done come from the team members themselves. It doesn’t get more internal than that!
